Is it possible to regret a big life decision, yet have the best thing in your life because of it? In 2002, I moved from my home country of Canada to Australia for my wife so she could be close to her family.
Fast forward 20 years… We’ve been separated for 3 years. And we have 2 wonderful children. Those two kids are the most amazing people in the world. No good friends here, my parents and siblings halfway across the world, but I can’t leave. So the past few years have been a struggle. It took a long time to get some of my self confidence back after a broken marriage, and to make matters worse, there was a global pandemic….
So many more things to say, there will be regular posts! But I will say that 2022 is my year, I can feel it.
